一、合作内容

二、佣金标准

In view of the cooperation needs between Party A and Party B in international trade business, after friendly negotiation, both parties have reached the following agreement on the issue of foreign trade commission:
I. Cooperation Content
1. Party A agrees to entrust Party B to provide foreign trade agency services, and pay the commission according to this agreement.
2. Party B accepts Party A's entrustment, responsible for finding suitable overseas customers and promoting transactions, and assisting Party A in completing the relevant processes of foreign trade business.
II. Commission Standard
1. Commission ratio: Party B will charge Party A ___% of the actual transaction amount as commission.
2. Settlement method: The commission will be paid to Party B within ___ days after the completion of the transaction.
III. Responsibilities of Both Parties
1. Party A needs to provide true and effective trade information and document support, ensuring the legality and compliance of the transaction.

2. Matters not covered in this agreement shall be determined by further consultation between both parties.
3. This agreement is made in duplicate, each party holds one copy, and has equal legal effect.
